SuperPath
COMMUNICATION
Slack

Bring SuperPath into Slack, where your people already work. To set it up, a SuperPath admin goes to Settings, then Integrations, selects Connect on Slack, approves the app for the workspace and chooses which notifications to send. SuperPath then sends a direct message from the SuperPath app whenever something you have switched on happens: learning is assigned, due or completed, something needs approval, a learning request is decided, or someone replies to you in a discussion. It never posts in channels on its own. Managers can approve or decline requests right from the message, everyone gets a My Learning dashboard on the app's Home tab, and pasting a SuperPath pathway or course link into Slack adds a preview card. The first time someone presses a button or opens the app, they link their Slack account once, so every action is taken as them. The app only replies in its own direct messages, where admins can ask the SuperPath AI assistant about their learning data. It uses AI and can make mistakes, needs a paid Slack plan, and SuperPath never uses Slack data to train AI models. An admin can disconnect at any time from Settings, then Integrations.

Learning notifications in Slack

Assignments, due and overdue reminders, completions, certificates, approvals and discussion replies arrive as Slack messages with a link straight to the learning. Admins choose which notifications their organisation receives.

Approve in one tap

Approve or decline learning requests, step sign offs, assignments and self registrations right from the message. Add a due date or a reason, and the learner is told automatically.

My Learning, in Slack

The SuperPath app's Home tab shows each person what is overdue, due soon and in progress, with their progress and a button to carry on.

Rich previews for shared learning

Paste a SuperPath pathway or course link into any channel and it becomes a card with the cover, description and duration. Click it to see your own progress, privately.

Ask the SuperPath assistant

Admins can ask questions like "who is overdue on compliance training?" in a direct message and get answers from their SuperPath data, with a link to the full picture.

Secure by design

Every action is taken as the person who pressed the button, with their normal SuperPath permissions. The app only reads its own direct messages, and your data stays in your SuperPath region.
