Who we are

Our founders Ben and Simon are both learning nerds and with over 25 years in people leadership and learning and development, we know what it takes to create a great learning culture.

We have partnered with amazing advisors and investors to help grow SuperPath and ensure we are always evolving the platform to meet the customer needs.

At SuperPath we believe in making learning accessible. That accessibility is enhanced by ensuring companies can easily distribute valuable career development learning when it's needed.

We are remote first, and founded in Sydney, Australia.

How we got here

SuperPath was born in early 2020 as the world began to shutdown from the pandemic. Over the following months while locked in isolation, our team build SuperPath as we met with many HR and L&D leaders to continuously refine and improve our new modern learning platform.

We launched mid 2021 and have began to service customers globally, with each customer providing a unique perspective on organisational learning that we are proud to say SuperPath has met the challenge.

We continue to grow each day and we are proud of the joy our platform is bringing to the world.
